Sound familiar?

Somewhere along the way, you stopped believing.

Maybe life hasn't unfolded the way you imagined. Maybe disappointment, difficult experiences, or years of putting everyone else first have made your dreams feel further and further away.

You've tried thinking positively. You've repeated affirmations. Maybe you've created a vision board. But somewhere inside, a quiet voice whispers, "That's not my life. That could never be me."

What if you didn't have to silence that voice, force yourself to believe, or pretend everything was wonderful?

What if you could simply begin again with a question?

The difference

A statement asks you to believe. A question invites you to imagine.

When you say, "I am living the life of my dreams," but everything around you suggests otherwise, your mind may immediately push back.

But when you ask, "What would my life look like if my dreams really could come true?" something different can happen.

You don't have to prove anything. You don't have to know how. You don't even have to believe it's possible yet.

You only have to be willing to wonder.

Why I created Reality Rescript

It started with a little girl and a notebook.

I was eleven years old when I entered foster care. Long before that, life had already taught me what uncertainty, fear, and chaos felt like.

But somewhere in those early years, I discovered something that would stay with me for decades.

I could pick up a notebook and write about a different life.

I could imagine beautiful places, new experiences, and a future that looked nothing like my circumstances.

I didn't always believe those things could happen. I certainly didn't know how they would.

But I could imagine them.

Over the years, those notebooks became scripting, vision boards, and eventually mind movies. I've watched so many of the things I once imagined become part of my life.

Homes, opportunities, experiences, and moments that once seemed so far beyond my reach.

And along the way, I discovered something else.

When affirmations felt impossible to believe, questions felt different.

Instead of insisting, "This is my reality," I could simply ask, "What if it could be?"

The resistance softened. Possibility took its place.

That's why I created Reality Rescript.

Because I know what it's like to have every reason to doubt that life could be different.

And I also know how powerful it can feel to begin imagining that it might.
